How do sizes run?

We ask that you refer to the sizing chart to always be sure of the best fit for you.  

  • Our co-ed school cardigans are unisex, they often run a little large for women.  
  • All womens schools are in women's sizes.
  • All mens schools are in men's sizes.

What is your return policy?

We offer exchanges only.  Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.  Certain products and sizes sell out fast so please make sure that the product you are selecting is the right one for you.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 


To start a exchange, you can contact us at t.t10th@yahoo.com. If your exchange is accepted, you incur the cost of shipping associated with sending us back the product you wish to be exchanged.  We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangable items
Custom items can not be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

How do I facilitate an exchange?

Please email our customer service team at T.T10th@yahoo.com to begin the exchange process.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.    Once we have the product (unworn with the tag still attached) in hand, we will send the exchanged product right away.

Is international shipping available?

Please email our customer service team at T.T10th@yahoo.com for pricing.  You will need to provide your address so that we can provide the most accurate quote.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How long does shipping take?

We send our products by priority USPS mail.  Items ship out the next day with exception of weekends and holidays.  They will usually arrive to you in 2-3 days.

PLEASE NOTE:  The shipping time for pre-sale items is longer.  Shipping for pre-sale items are estimates.  Most of our pre-sale items ship within 8-10 weeks of purchase.

I don't see my HBCU.  How can I get a product created for my school?

To begin the creation of a new product, we need either an order of 50 units or we need 50 pre-sale units.  Please email us at T.T10th@yahoo.com to discuss having a product made for your HBCU.

Do number/activity patches come attached to the product?

For purpose of allowing creative placement of patches, they are not attached to products.  You can easily attach them or have your local seamstress attach them wherever you would like.

I would like an activity patch.  How can I get one?
